How long does counting take?
Most Drop & Go bags are sorted within 24–48 hours. You can call ahead before your next visit so we have your envelope ready at the counter.
Is Drop & Go free?
Yes. No service fee, no account, no deductions. You get the full Alberta deposit for every container — cash, paid out when you return.
How is this different from SkipTheDepot?
SkipTheDepot keeps 30% of your refund. Drop & Go at our counter is 100% your money. The trade-off is you have to drop off the bag yourself; SkipTheDepot picks it up. If you're driving by anyway, Drop & Go is the better economics.
Can I drop off at the drive-thru?
Absolutely — Drop & Go works through any of our three drive-thru windows. You don't have to come inside.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in or drive up any time we're open. Bring your bag, grab a tag, you're done.
What if my count seems off?
Talk to us. The Tomra Essential Line counts every container by type, so we can show you exactly what was in the bag. If anything's missing, we'll make it right.
