Visiting the depot
What you need to know before you pull up.
Do I need to sort my containers?
Nope. We sort everything for you — that's our job. If you've already separated cans from bottles, that's helpful but not required.
Where do I park?
Park at the back of the building — that's where the depot entrance is. The three drive-thru windows are there too, so you can stay in your vehicle for larger drop-offs. There's no customer entrance at the front office.
When are the lines shortest?
Weekday mornings (Monday to Thursday) are quietest. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are always busy — bring a podcast or use the drive-thru.
It's my first time — what should I expect?
Pull around to the back lot or the drive-thru. Hand off your bag, watch the count, and you're on your way. The whole visit usually takes 5–10 minutes. No appointment, no account needed.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The counter and lobby are at grade with the parking lot, and the drive-thru windows let you stay in your vehicle if that's easier.
